Best Choice for Filtration and Floating Baskets

Filtration water plants are best positioned in either floating baskets or running water, and in full sun. To maximise the filtering potential of these water plants you need a pump to circulate the water through a separate shallow spill pond that is full of bare rooted water plants.

You don’t need soil or gravel in a spill pond or in the floating basket, leaving more room for the root system to develop and touch more water.
