What can I do to help and care for my dormant Water Lily?

During dormancy Water Lilies are best left untouched. If you are not going to re-pot the water lily this season then simply fertilise well with 3-4 Slow release pellets per plant, pushing as deep as you can around the root zone when they emerge. Growth is dependent on the seasons, but generally commences around August for Hardy Lilies, and November for Tropical Lilies.
